With years of experience in supplement negotiation, claim documentation, and scope analysis, I’ve seen how much money contractors leave on the table due to missing scope, bad documentation, or weak justification. My supplement service exists to solve that problem by handling the paperwork so contractors can stay focused on production.
I founded Arslan Elite Claims LLC to provide a reliable, accurate, and communication-driven supplement solution for contractors who want consistency and results, not chaos and delays.
Separately from my supplement service, I developed the Roofing Supplement System, a training platform and resource library for contractors who want to learn the supplement process themselves. The system teaches how to read scopes, build supplements, apply codes, document roofs, and negotiate with carriers, for teams who want to bring the process in-house instead of outsourcing it.
Outside of supplements and estimates, I’m focused on building tools that help contractors understand insurance work, improve documentation, and get paid what they’re owed.
