Required Documents
To begin, please send the following files (these are required for every supplement request):
- Carrier Estimate – the insurance company’s original estimate or scope of loss
- EagleView or Hover Report – roof and property measurements
- Photos – clear images of all elevations, roof, exterior, and interior damage (if applicable)
- Contract – signed agreement between contractor and homeowner
- Subcontractor Bids – if applicable (for trades like gutters, siding, paint, etc.)
- Job Description – brief explanation of the work performed or needed, and any special circumstances (redecking, IWS, code issues, etc.)
1. Send Your Files
Email your documents to monica@monibarlsan.com.
If you prefer, upload them to a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder and share the link.
2. Review & Quote
I’ll review the project and confirm pricing within 24 hours.
3. Supplement Creation
Using Xactimate, I prepare a full, code-supported supplement with detailed item notes and justifications ready for contractor or carrier submission.
4. Delivery & Support
You’ll receive:
- Xactimate
.ESX+ PDF files - Line-item notes referencing IRC or applicable local codes
- Optional follow-up clarification notes if needed
Initial turnaround: 2 business days for supplement preparation.
Carrier follow-up & negotiation (optional, when elected):
Includes communication with the carrier, clarification responses, and revised supplements as required.
Timing note:
Turnaround for carrier follow-up and negotiation depends on carrier response times and is outside of my control.
5. Payment
Invoices are sent via PayPal for secure payment.
Once your files are reviewed and the quote confirmed, you can complete payment instantly using the link below.

If the amount isn’t pre-filled, simply enter the total you were quoted (for example, $150 for a residential supplement).
You may also request a formal PayPal invoice for your records — ideal for company bookkeeping or recurring projects.
